Age: 32

Residence: the surburbs

Occupation: Mother, volunteer. Member of the Storybook Ball committee, Next Generation Developers task force for Children’s Hospital Boston; works on behalf of the Berkshire Hills Music Academy in South Hadley, a post-secondary school for adults with developmental disabilities.

You’re a mom with two young kids, and you always look great. Talk a bit about your style. I’m super feminine. I wear a dress almost every day. In the winter, I always wear a sweater dress with tights. I can wear it to drop-off in the morning, I can wear it to lunch, to a child’s play date, even to dinner with my husband.

Where do you shop? Basically, the dress I’m wearing in the photo is a very simple Valentino dress that can be dressed up or dressed down. But I don’t buy the fancy dresses. I love Chanel, I love Hermes, I love Ralph Lauren. The places I love to shop are usually so philanthropic in the Boston community — I appreciate not only their designs but their philosophy. Almost all of them have hosted and continue to host events: Akris just did an event for Children’s Hospital; Chanel did a trunk show for the Storybook Ball. All these people are just iconic when it comes to giving back.

What are some of your favorite restaurants in the city? If I’m with my girlfriends: Mistral. With my husband for a romantic date: We love Toscano’s. And if I’m with my kids, we love Stephanie’s on Newbury Street. They’re very stroller friendly. And the Bristol [Lounge]. It’s a tie.

If you could dream up any ensemble, what would it be and where would you wear it? A day on the beach with my family. My ensemble would include a Peter Beaton Hat [and] matching bikinis and tunics for my daughter and I from Nantucket’s Eye of the Needle. My husband and son in matching suits from Eye of the Needle as well. I would have the most special Nantucket basket, handmade by my husband’s grandmother, with lots of Skin Health sunscreen.
