A: Facial filler is a term that used for various types of products that are injected into the face to remove wrinkles and/or add volume.

Facial fillers are clear, flexible gels made of hyaluronic acid, which is a safe compound to exactly mimic the hyaluronic acid produced by our own body. Fillers are extremely safe, show results instantly, and when injected properly, are totally natural looking.

Some of the main uses of filler include softening the wrinkles that go from your nose to mouth or the lines around the mouth. They can be used to plump-up lips and to give them more definition. Fillers can also be injected into the cheeks to provide a “liquid facelift” to replace volume lost through the aging process, which corrects sunken cheeks and lifts the lower face.

There is no need to decide which filler you prefer. Schedule a Consultation, during which you and your clinician will decide which filler is right for you. Factors such as the location of the area to be treated, the depth of the wrinkles, your age and other will be weighed.
