Ask Cheryl | Treating Skin Break Outs & Pimples

Q. My skin is on the oily side and I am prone to pimples and break outs; usually at the worst possible time.  What should I do when I have a pimple?

A.  We have all experienced an embarrassing break out in a noticeable spot at an in opportune time  The best thing to do is to consult a skin care professional as soon as you can.  The one thing NOT to do is to pick at it.  Picking can lead to discoloration or scarring, which can be permanent.

Once the immediate crisis is under control, it’s important to establish a skin care routine of effective home care products combined with regular professional skin care services.

Our staff of Master Aestheticians would be happy to meet with you for a free consultation.  They can recommend the right products and treatments, which may consist of specialized facials, light chemical peels and/or microdermabrasion to help keep your skin blemish free!
