Well Lisa, there is no rush, but it’s nice to know it’s available when you need it. We are lucky to have Botox and similar products available to us; previous generations did not have the options we have.
Botox is used to eliminate “dynamic” lines that come from years of frowning, squinting and using facial muscles. For some people, the first lines to appear are the frown lines between the eyebrows. In other people, it’s forehead wrinkles. And for others it’s crows feet around the eyes. In most people, these lines start to appear in the early – to – mid-thirties, which is when many people start to get Botox treatments.
It’s becoming more common for people in their late-twenties to get Botox injections to prevent these lines from forming in the first place.
My personal opinion is there is no rush and you should wait until lines or wrinkles start to form and become a source of concern to you.
